TRY SCUBA

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater and swim among the fish? If you want to find out but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into scuba certification course, our Try Scuba Diving program can provide you with the opportunity to experience scuba in a controlled setting to see how you like it!

 
While it does not result in a scuba certification, Try Scuba Diving allows you to use scuba equipment in a pool under the close supervision of one of our experienced instructors and offers you a fun & easy introduction to the adventure of scuba diving.

The $30 program fee can be also be credited towards your first scuba certification course if you decide to enroll within 30 days of completing the Try Scuba program.

Our instructors will train you to be a scuba diver in just two fun-filled weekends! To enroll, pick one weekend from academics and one from the open-water dates listed below then stop in with your dates. Private classes can also be arranged for an additional fee.

MASTER SCUBA DIVER

MASTER SCUBA DIVER

Gain the in-depth knowledge that will establish you as a recognized authority in your diving club or group. Thrill to the adventure of open water dives in settings that will test your abilities to their limit while expanding your diving knowledge and experience!

 

Master Scuba Diver is a course for divers who wish to increase their understanding and enjoyment of diving, and is the highest attainable non-professional diving certification available today. Unlike other agencies that offer a Master Scuba Diver card simply as recognition for a collection of other certification cards, NAUI Master Scuba Diver is a full certification course that provides leadership-level understanding of diving knowledge, theory and procedures.

DIVEMASTER

DIVEMASTER

Would you like to lead dives and dive trips, and take certified divers on vacations to the world’s best dive sites?

The NAUI Divemaster rating is the highest NAUI leadership-level certification with the exception of Instructor. This program is designed to train experienced and knowledgeable divers to independently organize and conduct enjoyable open water dives for certified divers.

Must be at least 18 years old with certification as a NAUI Master Scuba Diver and NAUI Scuba Rescue Diver or the equivalent.

DIVE INSTRUCTOR

The NAUI Instructor Training Course (ITC) is designed to train and qualify NAUI Instructor member applicants. During the course candidate instructors learn effective methods to teach skin and scuba diving in compliance with NAUI diving course standards.

The course assures the NAUI membership that candidates who receive certification as NAUI Instructors have the knowledge, skills, fitness and proper attitude to do so.

WRECK DIVER

Must be at least 18 years old and have a NAUI Advanced Scuba Diver Certification OR the equivalent to enroll.

WRECK DIVER

Start exploring sunken vessels, aircraft, and other amazing wrecks in the underwater world. This course will teach you about safety, hazards and cautions, location of wrecks, sources of information, and much more. Get ready to start exploring!

 

ICE DIVER

ICE DIVER

The Ice Diver course will provide you with a basic understanding of the knowledge and skills needed to minimize risks and gain experience in ice diving, penetration under solid ice.

Ice diving is fun and the visibility is excellent…come enjoy a unique experience. The water is warmer than you might think!

DRY SUIT DIVER

The Dry Suit Diver course will give you a basic knowledge and skills needed to minimize risks and gain experience in dry suit diving, as well as train you to properly use and maintain your dry suit.

NITROX DIVER

NITROX DIVER

Want to extend your bottom time, shorten your surface interval, and maximize every dive? Become an Enriched Air Nitrox diver!

You will learn how to choose the proper blend of Nitrox for your dive profile, determine maximum depth limits for your Nitrox mixture, analyze your breathing mixture, and plan and safely execute each dive.
 

Pick one evening for your academics and one day for your open water dives.  You may also combine this course with any of our advanced courses or with one of our trips. Ask for details.

RESCUE DIVER

RESCUE DIVER

Learn how to manage risks and effectively handle limited in-water problems and diving emergencies, how to assist and transport divers, and how to perform surface rescues and rescues from depth involving both boat and shore based skin and scuba divers.
